On Sunday, July 20th was the 4-H Fair Parade in Goshen. The 4-H fair is a BIG DEAL in Elkhart County and the parade is a big event as well. When I went to church that morning, there were already people who had their chairs sitting beside the parade route. Most of the chairs were sitting empty beside the road, but some people were there already, more than 4 hours before the parade began!
