Moving!

It's finally official. Denise and I have decided to sell our house and move into a smaller house with a smaller yard in town (Goshen). We have purchased a house on 8th Street and plan to move sometime in August. Our current house is for sale, and while we have had 6-7 showings since it was put on the market about 6 weeks ago, we have had no offers. I hope it sells soon - it's a nice house in a nice area (and I can't afford to have two mortgages for too long!)
