Summer

I think summer is officially here. We have been having several days of hot, humid weather, and some strong thunderstorms as a result. Another sign of summer is the blooming flowers...

I took this picture just after I finished mowing the lawn on Thursday night. The sun was just beginning to go down at 9pm. The columbine beside the deck are in full bloom.

...and the fresh fruit and vegetables that are available at the farmer's market.

Fresh strawberries, radishes, and kholrabi. We actually had three kholrabi, but ate one before I got the picture taken. Yum!
