Applesauce

On Saturday, Denise and I made applesauce with our friend Susie at her house. We used a combination of Cortland and McIntosh apples. It actually went a lot faster than I expected, thanks in part to Mom's Victorio Strainer. I don't know how I could make applesauce any other way.
