Varnishing the rocking chair

On my list of things to do for most of the spring and summer has been re-varnishing the rocking chair that sits on my front porch. It gets pretty weathered after a few years and needs some attention. On Thursday evening I finally got the final coat of varnish put on, and it is ready to go back on the front porch. I enjoy sitting on the front porch to read, do devotions, and watching the world go by, and the chair helps make it a comfortable place to be.
