July 31- August 2 was the annual C.J. Yoder Reunion at Camp Albryoca just over the MD/PA line in Pennsylvania. It was another good weekend of connecting with extended family and relaxing. As usual there was an abundance of good food. Thanks to Mary and Ira's family for doing all the planning.
Here are a bunch of pictures from the weekend:
Many games were played:
And lots of conversations:
On Saturday afternoon Debbie and Naomi organized some outside games that many participated in. The first games involved one partner with a shower cap with shaving cream and the other partner throwing cheese balls and trying to get them to stick to the shaving cream. It was fun to watch.
The other game involved blowing up a balloon and tying it around your ankle, then trying to pop other people's balloons while protecting yours.
Susan, Gary, Jared, John and Scott running around with balloons.
The spectators for the games.
Ryan helping with Saturday morning brunch.
Nancy taking a quick snooze before the auction.
Willie carving.
Ida putting together a puzzle.
On the hillside across from the entrance to camp were 21 wind turbines. Cool!
