Belles and Brunch

Last Saturday evening two young women from my church hosted a girls night out, which they called Belles and Brunch. The event was held at Heather's house, and we all brought various ingredients to help make scones, frittatas, and waffles. There were about 12 women from my church there, mostly from my Sunday School class and the next one younger. (our SS classes are generally divided by age) We had a great time cooking together, then eating and laughing at the many stories that were told. Rachel had asked us ahead of time to tell her our "most unusual or interesting place you have found yourself", so she read those and we had fun figuring out who had contributed each one. I have not laughed so hard in a long time! It was a very fun evening and a great way to get to know everyone better. We all decided we need to do it again sometime - hopefully soon!
